一、基層地面上附著物的處理

在基層表面上，因為施工原因，會留下許多附著物，例如：水泥地上的水泥疙瘩、砂粒和浮漿等，這些基層附著物在進行環氧底漆施工前需要用磨光機或鏟刀等施工工具清除干凈。

二、油污的處理

尤其是工業地坪中，油污污染是最嚴重的，基層混凝土的毛孔都被油污給堵塞了，環氧地坪漆不能滲入，會影響漆膜和地坪的附著力，即便做好成都環氧地坪，也會出現縮孔等現象。所以需要進行油污處理，油污少的區域，直接用清潔劑清洗干凈即可。油污較多的區域，建議用汽油或酒精燃燒方法祛除。以上方法處理都不理想的情況下，建議重新做混凝土。
